Explore the gardens of Delaire Graff Estate, voted in the top 10 Relais and Chateau gardens in the World, with Torstiel Gumbo - The Garden Team Manager. Designed by Keith Kirsten when the property was purchased in 2003 to bloom all year round, the gardens showcase an incredible variety of flora and fauna which we invite you to explore.

Intimate garden experience with Torstiel Gumbo - discussion of the all year blooming cycle, our sustainable approach while incorporating composting and the use of our wormery in to the years program.
