Come and see a demonstration of modern or European style mechanics and techniques.
With sustainability being high on many people’s agenda, the floral design world is focusing a great deal on reusable, recyclable and minimum waste designs as well.
Mechanics that can be reused as an existing armature or structure, or the components undone and reused for another structure or design should be a key component of any flower design studio’s ‘tool set’.
Several designs will be featured during this demonstration as well as discussion about the availability of local alternatives to hard-to-source imported mechanics.
There will be an opportunity for questions at the end of the demonstration.
