Join jovial Babylonstoren gardener and floral artistextraordinaire Constance Stuurman for a creative class on how to make your own “tussie mussie” or fragrant flower posy. A guided hunt through the garden will help you find the best fragrant flowers and herbs to make your own bunch. Afterwards, Constance will lead the way to help you create a most captivating posy by playing with seasonal colours and textures, all sourced from nature.

Seasonal fresh juice from our juicery is served upon arrival.
