Babylonstoren Kitchen Garden Walk, by Darryl Combrink and Marina de Villiers

Take a stroll to Babylonstoren’s sprawling vegetable displays from the old Historical Garden to the new Moestuin (kitchen garden in Dutch) or walled Kitchen Garden. Master gardeners Darryl Combrinck and Marina Cilliers will share their wisdom on what to plant to get the best display and harvest of seasonal vegetables, flowers and herbs this summer.
They will also share practical tips on how to make wooden garden structures that add so much character throughout the year to our garden ̶ pyramids for creeper/runner beans, woven wattle fences to edge beds and tunnels for shade in summer.
